I received a phone call (to my cell) from this number at 1.45pm CST on Sunday, May 4th, 2008.  I picked and there was no answer on the other end.  Only the phone number came up on my caller ID.

Been receiving Calls from this company, they have been calling me about every other day for the last month at all hours of the day or night. This morning they called me at 6:00 AM waking me out of bed. I have since filed complaints with the FTC, even after calling the number and leaving a message requesting my number be removed but they continue calling.

got this call at 7:19 on 14 May 2008, name on caller id bernett r, answered, no one said anything. did hear some clicking in the background, will remember to hit record next time and nail this sucker to the wall.

503-345-4282 called on 05-14-08 at 8:34 pm.  Caller ID showed Bernett Rsch.  Caller did not leave any messages.  Anything I think is immaterial, private and confidential.  If they call again, I will mess with their minds and scare the wits out of them.  I have my ways.
Area code 503 is Oregon.  Not sure of the disconnect between Idaho (given above) and source of call.  The USPS Zipcode lookup page shows:

One thing I've found effective against companies like this is that I pick up the phone and leave it off the hook, without saying a word (or even listening) leaving the caller to wonder what the heck's going on and wondering why I'm wasting HIS time. I often find the calls stop shortly after.

I have received two calls from this number in the past two days.  The first one I screened, and the caller hung up.  Today I answered.  A very annoying and abrupt man told me he was calling on behalf of "BB&T the bank".  I told him I would not participate, and he abruptly said "Then, goodbye!"  I immediately emailed customer service at BB&T to let them know of this issue.  I am not a customer, but they need to know about it in any case.  I have put my name on the company's "Remove Number" list, but we'll see if it does any good.

Received three calls in 15 hours; did not answer, no messages were left.

They are a marketing research company.  You can have your phone number removed from their mailing list by going to www.bernett.com.  Go to the "about us" link and then there is a linke to "remove me".

We got 3 phone calls in one day(last one was 3:30pm today)....all 3 times I answered and told them to quit calling, that I had already had other calls.  Finally, on the last call, I told them to put us on the Do Not Call list.  How can they call when you have your number listed with the DO NOT CALL site?  They are annoying.

Received 2 calls from this number...like others, I let it go to the answering machine, and the caller hung up.  Glad to know that it is just another stupid surveyor calling at 8pm on a saturday night!  Uggh.

I just got a call from that number. They asked me to complete a survey. It was the second time they called this evening. When asked my income they said I was not included in  the survey. First they offered 20.00 then he said I would not get the 20.00 as he cut short the survey.

I got a call from them at 9:15.  I can't believe they had the nerve to call after 9:00.  I didn't get to answer it because I was busy with family things.

Received a call from this nuimber, I didn't answer, caller didn't leave a massage.

This number belongs to a company called Burnett Research.  According to their website, they are a privately owned data collection firm.  They have a form available to remove your number from their calling list within 12 - 72 hours at http://surveys.cybercept.com/dnc/dnc.cgi

Their corporate site is at http://www.bernett.com.  The headquarters us apparently in Boston, Mass.

On June 6 around 10pm Boston time and also at 12;40pm  Sat June 7 got a call fromt his number also   no CALLER ID info just a number

received call around 730pm, when I answered, they hung up - have been receiving several of these hang ups around the same time - did a *69 (dont have caller ID).  The area code is Oregon.

Got a call about 8:00 pm from this number.
No message left.
