I have received several calls from them, always around 7 pm, I screen all my calls so I do not answer. I filed a complaint on the do not call registry, as everyone should, if they get enough complaints maybe this stuff will cease.

I received a call from this number at my office and neglected to look at the caller ID... We are a General Contractor of construction. The person I spoke to was difficult to understand. He asked to speak to a "Project Manager for Energy Plants or Bed Towers". I asked for more detail, he said that he was with USGB LEED Green Council. I put him on hold and googled his number. I accidentally hung up on him (truly an accident!) and he has not called back. In the meantime I started reading what came up on Google, hence my relating my experience. *I clicked on the Bernett Marketing site and can not find the number attached to any of their affiliates, not that this means much.

Fed up with the companys doing whatever they want.

I have recieved two calls from this company this week. I finally picked up, the woman asked for the "Administrative nurse". I own an eldrely care facility, but it is independant living so ... no nurses. I am funded trough the state and any one who has any business with me knows what I do, this company obviously has no reason to be calling me. It's very annoying since they keep calling my business line! I was able to go on their website and remove my number... we'll see if that works!

I hate these darn companies.  Lets file a class action lawsuit against them and bankrupt them please.  I don't even want the money, I Just want to be left alone.

I have received several calls from these people. Tonight, I got a person named Michael who told me that if I answered questions about 'social issues in my area" I would get $225. He said he was calling from bernett Research a marketing company. I work with an author who just wrote a book on scams and I kept thinking, do these poeple want my checking account number? Why would they pay me that much money to answer questions? He sounded 16 years old and very unprofessional. If it's too good to be true.....Watch out.....

We have also received numerous, late-night calls from this number, always with the caller hanging up.  This is clearly *not* marketing or research, and the company has been contacted both to remove our number from their list, and to inform them that this activity is illegal and that legal action will be taken if it continues, not just for me, but for others.  There's something fishy (or phishy) about these calls.

A man called the first time and wanted to know if there were women in the house 18-34 years old, I told him not to call back.  An hour later a woman called from the same number and I told her in a loud voice never to call back.  These people sound like scammers and we are turning them in to the Atty General.

Went to there web site, if you click on contact me there is is a link to be put on don't call list.

I rejected this number after reading all of the above.

Got a call from the same number several times this week.  I have this great Panasonic phone that I just purchased, and it has a Call Block feature on the phone, so I entered the number, and shouldn't receive any further calls.

Have just started receiving calls from this number and was curious as to who it was, so I googled it, and here I am.  I have not answered it due to my little one messing my phone up, so it doesn't always ring, gotta fix that.  Anyway, the number has been on Caller ID, and thought I would check it out.

I just got a call from 503-345-4282 on Caller ID it showed an Oregon Call...I don't know anyone in Oregon. I have been receiving calls from this number atleast once a day for about a week and half. Finally today I answered the phone the guy introduced himself and said he was calling from Bernett Research and asked how I was doing. I told him that I wasn't interested and please take my name and number off their calling list and thanked him. I didn't give him time to answer I hung the phone up.

Have been having calls from this number for the last 3 weeks, in the morning and around 8:30 pm. Went to the website mentioned above and asked to be put on their no call list - hopefully it will work.  Thank you for posting this information & way to go Google for helping find this site!

received a call @ 5:16PM and again 7:37PM--when answering machine picked up- no message both times.

Rec'd a call from this number tonight to watch a 30 minute TV show and give my opinion.  They will be sending me the DVD to watch.  They are a legit research company.

Heres the deal...

If you have a Pre-Existing Relationship with a company the DNC List Rules do not apply.

If you Answer one of these "Surveys" within minutes of hanging up you will get a Telemarketing Call...The "Survey" Qualifies as a "PRE-EXISTING RELATIONSHIP" as far as the DNC rules are concerned.

My standard answer is "I conduct no phone surveys please do not call again" I usually get hung up on before I can get it all out.
