Missed call from this # today - caller ID says Telco. No message.

I received two called in two days from 503-457-1032.  Phone ID said TECO; they are with Card Member Services from South Florida wanting to lower your card card nterest rate.  I've told them I'm not interested & tried to Opt Out but they don't seem to understand plain ENGLISH.  They keep calling.  This is now harrassment & I'm reporting to the BBB & Florida Dept of Commerce.  How stupid can these people be?

My caller ID says Telco and there is recorded message telling me there is a way to lower my credit.  They have been calling at least every other day. And one time after they called me on my land line phone and hung up on them, almost immediately they called my cell phone. Just now after listening to their recorded message it said press one to talk to a friendly human. I did and it was a guy. I was so mad, right away I told him to take my name off your list. , stop calling me. Also told him to stop calling me on my cell phone. He could tell I was mad.  He sort of yelled back something to the effect. "I don't have your pancake batter" and he laughted. I didn't say anything back. I hung up on him.

This is a SCAM, read up on 800notes.com and this is a scam don't give them any information!

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating telemarketing calls, a possible violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
