Same here; called several times; did not answer. Annoying!

Annoying as hell no one ever there.

Receive calls on cellphone at least 2 or 3 times daily.  Don't answer, but they keep calling.

Continues to call my cell phone.  Identifies itself as a commercial entity.

Class action lawsuit against the state of Oregon, see how long it takes to crack down on these scumbags then.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating telemarketing calls, a possible violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
