Sounds like a scam artist.  No message was received on my answer machine.  Apparently they are looking for some gullible person to RIP OFF.

Got call from this number. Caller ID just says "Winner". When I answered a recording went into its thing. It said the FBI says there is a break in every 10 seconds. If they could place a sign in my yard they would install a state of the art security system in my home for free. Pushed 9 to be put on a do not call list. I will see if that does any good.

Displayed WINNER like that makes me pick up the phone?  Really?

Received a call from them today, and as soon as I heard FBI, I hung up and blocked the number from calling again. I knew it was some crap when the caller ID showed 'Winner" but I had to make sure before I blocked the number.

Got a call from this number.  I let it rollover to the answering machine and they hung up.

I'm reporting (503) 457-1311; they call me all day and night up to and sometimes after 9:00 p.m.

Even though my phone number is registered on the National and the Missouri Do Not Call Lists, this company called ( or I should say their machine called) and when I call it back, the only option I am given is to request that I be added to the company's do not call list.  The company name is never revealed.  Nor is the reason for the call.

This # called several and says "Winner".  Another scam?

Winner on caller ID....They don't leave a message and hang up if you answer. The area code is from Oregon.

This is the second number that this company uses, claiming to be "general electric" and that I can have a free security system. I have requested, insisted that they remove me from their list, 3 times. They have used 3 numbers so far. Today she was quite rude, insisting that I verify my phone number for her. Although it is time consuming I will report all 3 numbers to the national and state do not call sites.

The caller ID said ANNOUNCEMENT when they called me. I didnt answer, I never do.

They called from 503-468-5110 and I didnt answer, so they called right back from 503-457-1311 and I still didnt answer. The first call on the caller ID said OREGON and the second call said ANNOUNCEMENT. crazzzzeeeee

Same as above.  Caller ID said "Announcement"  no one on line. Sometimes it is the FBI recording.  Since I have family in 503 area code I do pick it up.  I do hope someone traces them down and prosecutes.

Caller ID said call was "Annoucement". If you are a scammer, please don't be too stupid to spell Announcement right. I did not answer. It was such an important announcement they forgot to leave it on the answering machine. Hmmm. Why do I smell scammer?

Another call from this number to my cell phone that does not have a contract so i am paying for this call. my number is on the do not call list.

It was a recorded message using, in the first sentence, a scare tactic that the FBI claims there is a break-in every few seconds.  Then it said its personnel were in the area, ready to set up an appointment.
Opportunity is then given to press one button to be removed from call list, press another button to speak to someone to set up an appointment.
DON'T DO EITHER ONE.  If you do, they have now established a so-called "business relationship", giving them the legal right to keep harassing you with a never-ending stream of calls.
For those of you on the DNC (Do Not Call) list, this call should not have reached you in the first place.
These are scammers, pure and simple.
You know that the call itself is against the law if you are on the DNC list. It is also against the law because it is a robo-caller call.
Even the "ANNOUNCEMENT" message that popped up on Caller ID after the phone number is listed is against the law, because nothing in the caller identification properly identified the caller.
Best approach: don't answer, but if you do, do NOT ever press any buttons, never say "YES" to any questions, and tell them to buzz off. Then hang up.
