Call advertising some petition.

I got a voice message and it was a robo push-call/poll. But get this: It says, "If Obama could run for a third term, would you vote for Obama, or for a Republican candidate?". "If you would vote for Obama, press "1"....

So: I press "1" and it loops to "If Obama could run...." If you would vote for O. press "1", so I do. I did this four times, and it just looped, meaning that they're going to publish their results as a "poll," but voting the way they don't want doesn't get registered. Is this standard right-wing "polling" practice?

This was a poorly produced, poorly written, poorly acted rant from the hate mongering ultra right wing of the so-called Tea Party. Slanderous, and precisely why I may never again vote for ANY Republican who is anywhere toward the conservative side of the party. If the Republican party plans to even exist in the future, it must stop these reactionaries! On the other hand, let them continue, and the centrist section of the party may have to move to the Democratic party, like Wayne Morse did, when the party was kidnapped by McCarthy and Nixon in the early 1950's!
