They keep calling me promising a lower credit card interest rate. I have repeatedly asked to be put on a no call list and now when I ask to speak to a manager they just hang up. I have also been called from 414-426-0849, this one you call back and it's someones personal voicemail!

They called my cell, did not answer, Added to my contact list called: do not answer, (then blocked it)

How do I block the number from my cell??

I have received the same calls at 2:45 in the morning.  This is harassment and I plan on contacting the police department.

Keeps calling my home and hanging up.

I tried calling the number (503-563-0155) back & it never rings - just hangs up. Though I do not have caller id on my home phone, this sounds like the calls I get on it too.

People.....if you do not recognize the number....DO NOT ANSWER IT. Once you've answered the phone, they know they have a working phone number and will continue to call you endlessly. While it's annoying at first, if you don't answer, they stop calling after a few days. This happens randomly and will be quiet for several months before it starts up again.   Otherwise, If you don't recognize the area code and number, don't answer the call because the more you answer or ask to be put on the NO CALLS list, the more they'll keep calling because they share your number with other telemarketers.
If the call it's an emergency or from someone you know, I'm sure they will leave a message for you to call back.

Didn't answer so I don't know what they would have said.
Just really annoying.

I want to report harassing phone call

Just got a call from this number and nobody was there...Really annoying

called my cell phone - hung up when I answered.  I've registered for the DNC list already.

Why do they calling me.  I want it stopped

Offering a lower credit card interest rate. I waited to speak to a live person then I asked what criteria was used to establish my eligibility for said lower rate and the caller hung up.

I have received several call from this number. One says they are with a credit card service, another call says they will reduce my mortgage interest rates lowered, another says they are with the do not call registry. They are just bad news -- scammers. Do not speak to these people. The more I tell them
not to call me back, the more they call.

They have called twice so far.  Once at 9pm the other around 6:30pm. Both times my husband answered and it said to press 1 to speak to a representative. He pressed 1 and asked to have his number removed. The first time they guy just hung up on him and the second time a woman yelled into the phone and hung up. We have looked up this number and found other people have been getting the same call and when they asked to have their number removed they were also yelled at and call all sorts vogler names.

Called me twice at 9am. I didn't pick up since I do not know the number. I just wonder how did they get my phone number.....

This was a phishing credit card call on my cell.  My number is listed on the "Do Not Call" list and has been since its inception.  Incoming calls are charged to the receiver as well as the dialer on cell phones.  This is added annoyance when I have expected calls from doctors and must pick up thinking it's the health facility with which I'm working.  This is not the first time this bogus company has called my number.  

I didn't stay on the connection long enough to hear what the company name was.

Got a phone call from a number I don't "know".
They left no message.
I am on the National Do Not Call List.
(I guess this is our government at work for us.)
I'm going to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
and see if that can get the government
to work for me.
