The caller identifies himself as Dole or Joal Carter and claims to be from a collection agency named Fidelity.  He also uses the telephone number 503-597 0228.

i am getting the same as above... has been calling my house for weeks and have constantly have stated the person they are looking for doesn't live at my house and they keep [***] calling and calling. i would like to find their house number and call them all hours. see how they like it!

FCS Collections

I had to call and scare the [***] out of them in order to stop calling for someone that doesn't live here.
If you ask what the call is regarding they hang up. Call them back and tell them to stop calling. They will ask what your number is... Tell them to tell you. They have Caller ID... once they tell you, if it is not you, claim any further calls to your number will be considered telephonic harassment since the party they seek is not at your number.

Ok, I started getting these calls too. 503-597-0220 comes up on caller I.D. Then "Tracy" (female) says on the voicemail says she is from Fidelity and wants to speak with me and DOESNT say what its regarding.
She says to call her back at: 503-597-0225. I tried REVERSE LOOKUP 0225 is showing as a landline. I tried people finder but all these want to charge you money to find the location. Must be a reason these collectors hide. 597 prefix is showing as Beaverton. However, the collection agency in Hillsboro on Main st. answers as FCS. which stands for Fidelity Collection Service. They can use any prefix and set up in any city. So you could try wandering in and get things straighted out. Its time these places only have in person visits with the people they think they have an issue with.

Once a day the guy (Jim Price of Fidelity Services) calls and asks for a return call.
I'm just going to add him to my auto reject list now that I know who he is.

It's LEN SCOTT with FIDELITY COLLECTION SERVICES.  Don't worry, I reported him to the Federal Trade Commision and the Oregon State Attorney Generals Office.  Their collection practices are borderline CRIMINAL.  And imagine, they are a client of ONPOINT COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION.  I filed a complaint with them as well.

She keeps calling no message... From fidelity. I'm not returning the calls so keep calling cuz the person she's trying to reach is not me lol

"Candy" from FCS keeps calling us saying we are owed for a past water bill that is now in collections but doesn't show up on our credit report or anything.  WHAT DO I DO?? she says we owe 174.00 and 42.00 of that is interest from a bill back from 09/2007...and they are just now calling us.....

got one of these calls today,,,,JIM PRICE was his name,  I volunteered wern't in Oregon any longer before he got a chance to say anything < we usto live in Or.  Anyway I had no doubt it was debt collection, so once he verified address < not physical numbers, just rd of residence and city/st,,,I quickly said, oh you must be thinkin of gettin money....well good luck with that.  I am right this minute sending letter to the judge / he quickly said WHAT TYPE JUDGE...I said right now disabilty judge ready to hear case, and also to Bankruptcy judge.  He goes very sarcastically WELL ARN'T YOU PROUD TO BE ON DISABILITY...I just about lost it.  Well tell ya what I said, put your whatever in writing and send it you know the address. he goes no just send money for your debt. I said put it in writing and stick it where the light don't shine and don't call my home again because now it will be harrassment and I hung up.  I am in the process right now of typing up a letter to the OWNER of the SCS Collection < Portland Or > and inform them they are NOT to call again, if they do not only will I press charges of harrassement but also verbally assault and malicious, condesending remarks about my being on disability.  Any attorney will JUMP on it for me........GUARANTEED/  you hafto verbally tell bill collectors not to call again and follow up with letter stating that

Phil calls me almost daily. Every now and then I feel ornery and talk to him and give him a hard time for fun. He's trying to collect on a medical bill that I don't recall owing-- not to say that I don't owe it; there was a period of time a few years ago when I racked up some medical bills, so it could be valid but I want to see a bill. I try to get him to send me something in writing, something to verify the debt, and he refuses. He says, "it's time to stop talking and get responsible." He really likes to use the shame tactic, which I can't imagine ever works. "Is today the day you're going to get responsible about your debts?" Sure, pal. Just at least verify the debt-- I'm not going to give you money just because you say I owe it. Anyway, the calls are pretty relentless, daily for months.

Ben keeps calling here asking for an employee that I do not have. I ask who is he and he says Ben and asks why I am getting so hostile and to calm down. I hung up. I thought is was against the law for a collector to call someone at work. The person he keeps asking for does NOT work here. This is so frustrating!

Tara called to talk to a different person. She insisted for me to tell this person to get in touch with her. Absolutely ridiculous that she is calling me to collect funds from another person. Harassing me. Tara, go crawl in the gutter.

I have been getting calls from this place as well.  Ben claimed he was from Fidelity investments which I have.  He asked me to verify my social security number, address, DOB, etc. I told him that I don't do that with anyone. Then the shame tactics came on.  I told him to stop calling I bankrupted that Bill (my ex husband attorney fees which I got stuck with) and he was in violation of federal bankruptcy laws by calling me.  He continues to call.  Oregon law enforcement and FCC seem to have bigger fish to fry and I'm still being harrassed. Go figure.  That's government for you.  Don't answer this number.
