Have called several times a day for the last several days but leaves no message. Whats the point.

Weird, maybe its a pay phone? There's still a few here in Portland. Also a recording said it didn't accept blocked numbers, my number is not blocked, when I returned the call. Somehow something isn't quite right about the call. There are apps out there that in order to obtain someone's exact location without notifying them or getting their permission, the catch is that you have to call them. Unless its some ridiculous computer calling or payphone someone just pinged us probly for our location. I do not own a home phone and was at home when I got the call but didn't get it in time. You do not have to turn your GPS on, if you have gotten any apps  on your cell phone they can use same permissions as if they were their own. Solution for a lot of people......get an app to not broadcast your signal all over tarnation or an app to randomly fix your location   to one place far away.
