    They knew my name and details about my car.  When I asked for their name and mailing addresses.  They said they didn't have an address, and just hung up.   Feels like a toll scam.

    they knew my name and year, make and model of car also. they wanted me to buy an extended warranty for over 5 grand. then put the "finance manager" on to try to give me a deal. As soon as i started questioning them he hung up! they told me i had to make a decision NOW because their phone is hooked through the computer to prevent fraud by people declining the warranty then call back to try to buy it. total bs scam
