Its a Recording claiming to be 'cardmember services' which I know is a complete lie.

No one is on the line.

I've received several calls from this number, but the caller never left a message.  I finally answered it today and was greeted by a recording advising me that I was running out of time to lower the interest rate on my credit card.  I was placed on hold to wait for a customer service agent, and when a person did come on the line, she didn't say hello, give me her name or the company's name, but she demanded, "Do you owe more than $4000 on your credit card?"  I ignored the question and asked what company she was from and how I could get off the calling list. She hung up on me before I finished my sentence.

Received a call on my cell phone - I am on do not call list and do not have texting on my phone. Didn't answer it.

Later received call on home phone - it's on the do not call list as well - picked up and got the message about a 'very important message about your credit card account'' and hung up.

It seems Rachel from Card Holder Services now doesn't call.

What is going on with all these crazy calls? Surely they don't get people who sign up?!?!?!

I didn't answer but then called the number. They actually had a recording saying "welcome to the do not call registry.  Please enter your phone number to continue" Am I really that stupid?! I've been getting a TON of random phone calls from "mystery companies" wanting my information especially after my husband and I had our credit card number stolen and fraud on our account.  DON'T give these people ANY information!

I just received another call from this number.  What I did was add them to my contact list (on my phone) under the name "Telemarketer - DO NOT ANSWER" and then went into my contacts and marked them 'Send to voicemail'.  Now if they ever call again I will never know because they will be sent directly to VM without the phone even ringing, and as we all know they don't leave a message. So, oh well!  ;-)

Called my work cell number!  Caller gave recorded message that sounded like it was my credit card company.  Hung up on me when I hit #1 and told her I wanted my number removed!  I don't even have a credit card that I pay any interest.

Received a phone call from this number on my cell phone. I called back the number it said that I have reached the "National Do Not Call List" and if I would like to add my phone number to the list to press 1 now. Sounds like a scam to me, so I just hung up.

This person asked me if I wanted to lower my interest rate and I said "no, I want to remove my number from your list" and he said "ok, bye" and hung up. Reeks of fraud... phishing for someone to give up their info. Caller ID says the call is from Salem, Oregon

Anyone who doesn't see a scam with: HELLO, WE JUST CALLED YOUR PHONE NUMBER. PLEASE ENTER YOUR PHONE NUMBER SO WE CAN SELL IT TO A BUNCH OF OTHER THIRD PARTY ASSH__LES AS 'MORON THAT ANSWERS PHONE'.................

Figure they'll give up after they have a million of those registered in their bull__it database.

Received a call from the number but no voicemail.

This number called MY CELL PHONE! Cost me a minute. No one was on the line.

Got a call on my cell phone from this number. My story is the same as everyone else's. After the recording I stayed on the line to request to be removed. Once a live person came on, they asked how much I owed on credit cards and then I asked them to remove me from their call list. At that point they hung up on me. Isn't there anyone we can report them to? It is obviously a company here in the US and this has to be illegal, right?

I didn't answer but then called the number. They actually had a recording saying "this is a automated do not call registry. Please enter your phone number to continue". This system will enable you to enter your phone number to be taken off INTERNAL Do Not Call List.   DON'T give these people ANY information!

I receive calls randomly from this number.They never leave a message. If they are telmarketers and I'm on a DNC list why are they allowed to keep doing this?
