It's my daily call from Oregon!  I get one or two calls a day from a 503 area code on my cell.  I do not know anyone in Oregon that has my cell number.  The number is always different but with a 503 area code.  I have registered my cell on the do not call list.  They never leave a message.

Just got a call from this number in Oregon- where I don't know anyone....and-
same thing- no message left.
WHO IS THIS?

Just got a call from 503-902-8457 and have no idea who it is. Of course they don't leave a message either.

Santa Fe NM I just got a call from that number.  How on earth do they get our #'s?

When I called the number back, it was a recording for political opinions. Same here - no message left - but somehow they're getting our numbers.

Call from this number; no message left. Sure wish there was a way to force these people to identify themselves.  Very tiresome......and super annoying.

two back to back calls from same number..  didn't connect.  must be junk, don't know anyone in Oregon.

I never answer these calls.. I just add them to a blocked contact i made... Unfortunately that list is filling up fast.

Got a call and thought it might be work related so I answered it. It was a recorded message from something called political opinions, it offered a cruise for participating (?) and it said to press 1 to do the survey and 9 to be removed from the list. I went to press 9 but accidentally pressed a different number and it immediately hung up and closed the phone and went to my mobile phone home screen.

I called it back.  It was a recording for a political survey call center.  Every time they have called me in the past, I call back. The recording says that the time to repsond has expired and give you an option to opt out from future calls.  Thus far, it hasn't worked.  Annoying.

Called to cell. Called back on ID blocked landline. It's for a political poll, but they say it has ended (I had called right back). They offer to press a key to opt out. I believe this is just a way to know they have a hit (Guppy) & then they start calling regular....Don't know for sure, just figured out that's how the [***] work.

This company is spoofing phone numbers to try and scam people.  We can block them as much as they want, they just change up numbers and do the same thing over again.

Just received the call (3/31/12). I didn't answer but they did leave a voicemail. It was for a political survey and said "if you participate, you will get a free 2-day cruise from one of our sponsors." Which, of course, would never actually happen. Just the usual spam call.

How do these people get our cell phone numbers - only my family has mine and they wouldn't give it out.  I am so sick of these calls!  How do we get rid of them?

I called this number back because I saw it was and American number. I got something called political opinions. The recording then said that the window to complete their survey had alread closed (this was within a minute of their initial call.) How did they get my number?? I live in British Columbia...

Just filed a complaint with the FTC.  Obviously these people are trying to get around the Do Not Call list by saying they are calling for political reasons.  Please file a complaint as that is the only way they can be stopped!  I called them back and had myself removed from their calling list but we all know how well that works--NOT!

did not answer.  Judging from earlier posts, the "PO" of "PO America" that shows up on the CID must mean political opinion.

503 902 8457 Always a female recording from "Political Opinions," claiming I only need to complete a short phone survey and then receive a free 3-day cruise. It's a scam. Don't pick up if they call, and if you accidentally do, just hang up.

It is a political survey.. just call back and they will take you off.. THEY Say!!

I have also gotten calls from (503) 902-8259, (503) 902-8287, (503) 468-5012, and (503) 468-5243. The similarity  of the numbers suggests they get them in a block somehow.
