Company trying to get you to lower your credit card bills. Recorded message. Get it at least 3 times a day. Reported to National Do Not Call registry.

Received same call 37 minutes after the above post.  I also live in Deltona.

From what I read - it's a scammer. You get a reported call. I've tried reporting it to the Do Not Call but it still keeps coming. Don't give them any info. When you get a person & request they remove you - they actually hang up.

THe phone rings afew times and no one says anything.

Recorded "urgent" message about lowering my interest rate.  Says to press 3 at end to stop these calls - nothing happens!

Calls me regularly. Finally I got pissed and installed modem with Caller Id and CallClerk software which allows me to block unwanted calls.  Still rings 2 times before blocking:((

same here said this is card member services and want to lower my interest rates. press 3 to remove you number from list.
I did and nothing happen. they call two to three times a day even on weekends. They need to STOP

Received call for lower interest. Connected to an agent and asked them not to call. Before i can finished. She hung up. Reported to donotcall.gov

Got a call today same message can't stop it but I'm working to block this Call Type: Telemarketer

I keep getting a call from 503-902-8480. They want to to reduce my credit card bills.

So very tired of these calls.  I also get the same recorded message from caller ID "Quebec Call" with the same optional #3..don't call again...Yeah, sure.  Have reported to DoNotCall many times.

Keep getting calls on a daily basis from this number on home and cell phone.  I reported it to DO NOT CALL registry with no results.  If they would spend this much time at a real job, maybe they could make some money and not try to scam everyone else.

I just received this same call. I called the number back and it told me to add my number to the do not call list which I did.  Then it said your number has been sucessfully added to our do not call list. I hope this helps.

Same thing over and over---don't have any rates to be lowered---please get this calling stopped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

recorded message, "there is nothing wrong with your account ... if you would like to save money by lowering your interest rate...."  Apparently registering with Do Not Call is not terribly effective.

If you want the calling to stop, pick up the phone, call the FCC Do Not call registry and FILE A COMPLAINT with the people who can actually do something to stop these crooks. This is why they keep calling. Everybody [***] on this websites but VERY FEW contact the agency with the power to shut them down. The more people who call, the more likely the FCC will investigate and prosecute

I have reported at least 6 numbers being used by the same scam. The woman I spoke to at the FCC told me that they have been trying to shut them down BUT...all of these numbers are from untraceable throw away cell phones and quite possibly are coming from outside the US. However they need people to KEEP REPORTING every number that calls them so they can try to track them and shut the scam down. Until then...DO NOT ANSWER and do not press any buttons.

I've just received another call from phone number 503 902-8448. This time was very annoying for me and my family because our telephone kept ringing continuously (one uninterrupted ring) until I picked and then hanged up the phone.

I just got a call from this number too. I dont know why. It's not anyone I know.

because i found 2500 phone numbers registered to him.
