Someone has probably filed a claim against you and the lady that is trying to deliver it to you is obiously trying to get in touch with you. She only needs to deliver the papers to protect your legal rights. She is not the collector. Only the delivery person. Call her back. She is very diligent and will continue to try to reach you.
