when I answered the telephone, it seemed as though the person at the other end hurried and sat up a recorder to record me saying something.

Spoke broken English. Said he was from Target Point Consulting, name Sidney. Didn't even ask for me but someone else in my household. Scam.

No one says anything when I answer. All I hear is a beep and then nothing. Caller ID says "SSI". No idea. Assume it's an auto-dialer.

I called the number. Didn't expect success. They are a phone survey group. Definitely an auto-dialer, then.

Get calls from this # everyday. When I do answer, I get a beep like it's trying to send a fax. Very very annoying

Someone from this number calls me constantly.  ALL times of the day and night.  Caller ID says SSI, but I SERIOUSLY doubt it.  Since when does SSI contact people at 7p??

They call my office 3 or 4 times a day for the past 2 weeks asking for the office manager. Today she tells me they are calling to conduct a survey on customer relations. Will not leave a call back number.

Caller ID says it's from "SSI". The call, however, was @ 7:00 pm; thus, we did not answer! My google research re: this # indicates it's a spam and/or scam call!

Some gentleman with a heavy accent is speaking very quickly and "conducting a survey of our telephone lines".  May be a legit survey, however whenever I've been surveyed in the past the callers have always been cordial and very clearly identified themselves.  When I say I am busy, the same caller gets back to me and asks for me by name.  I can't say it's definitely phishing, but the 'survey' is very detailed.
