Rachel from Card Services.  I pushed "1" and when I asked to be put on their do not call list, I was hung up on.

Recorded credit card call.  Tried to opt out and was hung up on.  When I dialed the number, it was disconnected.  How could that be?  Crappy scammers.  Why can't the government stop this crap???

Do not answer this number block it. It is someone trying to scam people.

Number always call. Telling me it's card never services.  It's # fishing

I have a number of calls from different scam phone numbers. The best things to do is block the number where it is coming from. I have about 30 numbers that are blocked so far.

Call on my CELL from this number; ID showed "Louisiana caller." I don't know anybody in LA, so I didn't answer. No message was left. Now that I see other posts saying it's good ol' Rachel from Card Services, there's another number I can put on my list of those to be ignored. If the NCS can monitor all OUR calls, why can't it do something about these creeps????

Good to know that I can lower my interest rate on my credit cards that I don't have.  I love how it starts with "This is not a sales call, do not hang up."  Really?  I have no credit cards so why are you calling me?

Just got a call from this number.  Telling my credit card is fine. Ha bank this told me that nothing was wrong. These pople need to get  life

Jeez, 2 calls within 5 minutes. Really? I pressed 1 to speak with a representative and I'm now caller 287 waiting to speak to a representative. Now I'm caller 277. Sad, really sad! Now I'm caller 268. Never had this happen where I had to wait for a scammer to pick up the phone. LOL! 260

Ambiguous credit card reference and an offer to reduce my rate.  They won't stop.  Every day for weeks now.  They hang up for the slightest reason.  I can't get their motivation or what their business is.  I've told them my minimal cc info like amount of debt and evidently it's not enough so they hang up with no further explanation or conversation.

I continue to receive robo calls from this number with fake solicitations to lower my interest rate on my credit card.

When I said I have no credit card I was told to stop being stupid and stop pressing 1

Again like most of the posts, when answered, its automated so in attempt to speak with live person, I pressed 1 "to lower my credit debt" and was asked do you want to lower your credit debt, I asked them to remove my number from their list.  Immediately was hung up on.
Shows that phone is from the New Orleans area.
