Got a call from this numnber.  Said it was from CC&A.

it's a collector.  If you speak to them they try to be very intimidating & threatening.  As long as you don't speak to them collectors cannot proceed to the next level.  Linda Blair tries to be a bully...yeah right lady!

They call and call I never answer and are really mad now they sent a letter and are going to look in to all of my assets can they do this? with out a judgment

They call once or may twice a week I do not talk to them thier is no law thats says I have to answer the phone. So what would they be up to now?

A guy calling himself Michael Ryan contacts me from this number and refuses to to send me his information and request via us mail.  I then hang up on him and he calls right back.  I take my land line off the hook and he calls my cell phone.

He says because I signed an advertising contract under a business name they can call when ever and as much as they want.  I have no business license, tax ID or anything, it was suggested I put the name of what I do as the contract agreement.  What I do is non-profit non business and the advertising was a huge flop.  Not a call or a hit to my website.

If the creditor had me list as a business without business license am I stuck getting harassed over the phone until the debt is repaid or it is settle in court?

Called at 6:56 A.M.  Phone said it was Coface north co.  Google says new Orleans collection agency.  "Ashley Fox" says it's a "very important call" and call 1-800-509-6060.  Scam!  Documenting for future litigation.

The called me like 15 times in a day. I started phoning them back not say a thing and hang up after a minute about 20 times. waist their time. I than left a message if they dont quit calling my 1800 number i will have my sales force phone then a hundred times a day and waist all their time. havent heard for two weeks

A woman phoning from this telephone number called our offices just now, asking for the controller.  I replied that the controller was in a meeting and asked who was calling.  The woman sounded hesitant, did not identify herself or her business or her purpose for calling, then responded that she would call back later.

She can try, but I can guarantee that she will not get through if I answer the phone.  People who cold-call like this and do not identify themselves satisfactorily do not get through.  Not on my watch.

Called asking for John. I told them I wasn't John, but they wanted to know my name anyway. I hung up and they left a message regarding "the ongoing investigation of you and your business." I do not own a business. Either a mistaken debt collector or a scam.

Asked for the "controller".  I said, what is the purpose for your call.  The woman on the line said she would like to talk to the person who handles the delinquent accounts.  I told her we were not interested and please put us on their do not call list.  They won't!!

This is a collection agency. If you are business (that doesn't have any reason for collectors to come calling) they are just trying to sell their services. If you are a business that could use a collection agency - talk to them.
