Don't call me.  You are not welcome to call me.  You are a coward sending an automated message to my cell phone.  You are a coward not allowing me to return the call to tell you this.  You have interupted my work.  You have caused me stress as I rushed to answer this call, thinking it had to be an important call.  I hate you for doing this to me.

Calls once a day at same time leaves no message and cannot call back

This obvious telemarketer is calling my cell phone in Massachusetts, where I am on all state-sponsored do-not-call lists. Two calls so far, on adjacent days around 3:40 PM both times. No message left, and no ability to call back, because real ten-digit phone numbers cannot begin with zero. So the phone number provided is clearly spoofed and cannot actually exist.

Tomorrow, I'll lay in wait and answer if they try to call again, and will play along to get more information on who they are.

They've been calling my cellphone for a month now leaving no message.  Finally today 4/25/2013 they left a recorded message.  They are a telemarketer selling something to the elderly who may fall in their homes and needs emergency assistance.  I am on all do not call list yet telemarketers still call me. That do not call list is a joke.

I did answer when this number called me AGAIN the next day. It's a recorded marketing message trying to sell an alert system to the elderly. A female voice hectors you to press 1 for more information, "press 1 NOW." If you listen carefully, she also says "press 5 to be removed from this list," and that's what I did.

Despite providing this opt-opt, these slimes are still breaking every possible telemarketing law. I am on every Federal and Massachusetts do-not-call registry, and besides, they called my CELL PHONE number, which is a whole other level of do-not-call. Why can't we stop this insulting nonsense?

Same experience.  Only solution is the "Do Not Call Registry".  Register land lines and cell.
Once I do this the calls stop.  I am doing it this am....Don't get mad, get even!

When you follow instructions (press 5) you are doing what they want...confirming that you exist, that it is a valid #.  This is why you are getting so many calls.  All they really want is for you to press 5.

This number calls at least once a week. Never leaves a message and when you call back to find out who it is , and you reach the number there is only a constant beeping sound and no one answers the phone . Its a pain . How can you stop something like this.
 Usually if its a marketing company, you can get thru to a voice mail and it tells you that if you want your # removed from the list just press  #  1.

The problem with that is if you answer then they know it is an active number and will continue to call you.

This person has been calling for months now.  I wish Verizon had a way of letting us reject the call before it even comes in.  Its nothing but harassment.
I let my answering machine pick up and you would think after a few times they would take me off the calling list--they don't.  Every day, sometimes twice a day, I get this call.

This is just what I have been receiving.. When I answer they say Good Bye. I will recognize that number and not respond

this number is a medical alert sales pitch. I have pushed the 5 to be taken off the call list the last 3-4 times they have called and they still call. I asked to speak to a manager today and the girl said they had none and I could not wait on her line..so frustrating...

use the automated caller rejection feature on your phone service provider

Caller is a nuisance and never leaves a message.  Want this to stop.
