    Received an call on my job regarding a payday loan stating that their are forwading my case to superior court to have me arrested on my job and tried to settle this account before it goes to court.

    This jerk calling himself "Tom White" called and asked for my attorneys name and number stating that I owed and was going to go to jail if I did not pay his collection service money immediately for a payday loan that was delinquent. I have never applied for a payday loan, much less received one. This is a scam for real!!! DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!  Also, 760-512-1382 is the same type of scam, leave it alone, too.

    I got the same call n same msg. the same w the # 202-204-6025 they want me to purchase a moneypack frm Walmart or Walgreens.  WHATEVER!!!!!
