christopher saying fraud on  my ss number, he was from the  DFF department. didn't speak english good.

they called me trying to get in touch with my brother. They told me that He put me down as a reference. They also told me he had a lawsuit and 3 charges against him, but couldn't give me any info. They are a SCAM!!!!! They are NOT a law office. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!! My brother has contacted the DEPT. of Justice. If they continue to contact you, I suggest you do the same

This company continues to harras me at my place of employment. As I understand this is against the law....

eric brown, I think is his name, is calling a work line and stating he is with the dept of bff, so i called this phone# & again,a man with a very heavy indian accent answers ,alot of noise in the back,like a factory & i asked what what dpt of bff is, he said not that, is DFF, Dept of Finanical Fraud,
advised him no such agency with that name & that i will be reporting the # to the FCC,he hung up ...

I received the same call this morning. The supervisor I talked to was Jeffery Mac-ridge (with also a heavy indian accent)from Dept BFF a verification department for these Cash Advance companies.  They also told me he had a lawsuit and 3 charges against him, but couldn't provide any information to me at all. I work with allot of lawyers and know the process of a lawsuit.  When I asked for them to repeat their information he said it really fast and when I asked to repeat it he wouldn't. He said money was deposited into my account and I need to pay it back or I will need to handle this in court. When I asked for the # they told me they are having problems with their phone system and if I can't get thru to call several times til I get thru and that was odd to me. I called my prepaid card that I use and they also told me that there has been receiving calls about this matter and they have it noted in their fraud department.

Please try to stop these people they have been calling me and issuing threats!

Hey, Don't worry they even called me and I told them right back that they are fraud and I am going to report them to Department of Justice. Immediately after the phone call, I made call to FTC +18774384338 and filed a complaint and also I called my state local law suits and report the complaint. And I am now gonna launch compaint in www.ic3.gov and also give a call to credit report agency (transunion) and set up a alert. We have to screw them and not let them do whatever they want to. Do they think we are such a fools to give them whatever they demands without any reasons?

I got a call today saying they had a complaint against my grandfather and he used me as a reference. They were also calling him telling him he applied for a payday advance over the internet and didn't pay it back. You could barely understand what they are saying.

I called my loan person and they know about this scam, it's called the Indian Scam because it's coming from India. They told me to call HomeLand Security 989-497-0580 and FTC, www.ftc.gov, to put claims in with them

They have been calling me and my place of employment issuing threats and trying to get me fired. I have voicemails and at least over 100 missed calls from them. They are calling saying I applied for a payday loan and didnt pay it back which is so untrue. Some thing seriously needs to be done about this like asap. I hdid file a complaint which the states attorney general office.

They have called my place of employment harrassing me. It is some with a middle eastern accent. talking about a lawsuit. My supervisor is very upset. I am upset these people must be stopped immediately I cannot afford to lose my job.

Got a Call from 508-313-2173 first to my cellphone early this morning. Since i didnt recognize the phone # i ignored it. Well, I got to work later on and first think my boss tells me is i have a call on hold, immediately as i answer some guy starts yelling at me with this super thick accent i couldnt even understand what he was saying, i immediately tell him not to call me at work because legally you are not allowed to call and harrass anyone at work, its against the law.  well he continues to threaten me blah blah blah something about the state of massachusettes that theres some lawsuit against me, i hang up, and he calls back. another co-worker answeres and tells him not to call me at work, the guy then starts yelling at my co-worker, at that point my co-worker hung up on him. The guy then calls back again, we hang up, calls back again, then my manager answers and tells the guy to stop harrassing me at work he asked for his name the guy said "kevin burnette" no offense to the guy but there is no way in hell his real name could be kevin burnette. Well, my manager got his information and said i would call him back. I work for a huge corporation so my manager said if he calls again he's reporting it to our human recourses department in which at that point if they continue to harrass us or them we can get the law enforcement involved.
Be careful for these guys, don't believe a word they say. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. NONE!

Scam!  David Zires (heavy middle eastern accent) called me 6-7 time within an hour.  Wanted me to verify information (which I did not), telling me that a lawsuit had been filed against me for payday loans (which I don't do).  Became very hostile when I hung up on him, threatened to call my employer, I told him to go head as I was calling the police.

47 calls in 1 1/2 hours and I have tried to explain to them we are a health care facility and can not transfer any calls to the floor let alone the fact the person they are asking for I have no one here by that name.  they will give no other information

This is insane -- on Friday 8/12 -- i guess they thought they found a new victim; they called my job's main # when they couldnt get me on my cell -- and called so many times the facilities manager had to ask me what's going on because they are clogging up the main line; i had to explain they have calling me non-stop abt a cash loan i have outstanding (which i do not).  This was very embarrassing and scary at the same time; our legal dept had to get invoved because I said at this point he's harrassing me at work; our company then had to block this # from coming thru the switchboard and i had to block their number on my cell; but BEN ROGERS is still calling my job; they truncated the number so it's coming thru as a different number there the block is not working.  I am beyond fed up with this -- it's a little scary that they have free reign to harass and torture ppl on the phone and the cops can't do anything.  I'm fortunate to know i dont have any outstanding loans and smart enough to google the number to see it's a scam but it's unforutnate for the ppl they scam into beliving their are a legit company.  THEY ARE NOT -- I WAS TOLD BY MY COMPANY'S ATTORNEY TO NOT SPEAK TO THEM AT ALL -- this way they have no information to verify anything about me. I changed my voicemail to take off my name and number so at this point -- BEN ROGERS you can eat rocks and have fun leaving messages in my voicemail.

I have been getting these same phone calls at home, my cell phone. Recently they stopped at my private numbers and began calling my employer. They call about 30 times a day...being rude, using profanities, yelling and demanding they put me on the phone or fire me. The caller has a strong middle eastern accent and claims that I took out a cash advance loan and that I am defrauding their company. I dont have any loans out in my name  and for sure would never take out a cash advance, esp. online. THis has been ongoing for the last couple weeks. Enough was enough when they called my employer and stated that if they did not put me on the phone I was going to end up in a river..floating. When asked to stop calling they got loud and said they will stop when I give them my credit card number. I refuse! I am getting calls from a Kevin Burnett and a Simond Hawk...yeah right, lol. I did notify police and they put a trace on my cell phone and home phone. I reported it to the FTC and Attorney Generals office. But my question is to anyone out there .....when will these people stop calling? and how do I get them to stop...its such a nuisance and is quite embarrassing at work. They keep calling from the same number 508-313-2173

I got a message on my home phone from this number today - It was a lady "Angel" with a thick heavy accent said she was from the Department of Law...and that if I didnt call her back or my lawyer get in touch with her "good luck" !!!!  I had this same issue 3 weeks ago from a different number...

They have been calling me also Eric Brown  I told them I will see you in court and then I call back an no answer then I call again and they hung up on me.  Something need's to be done

Austin Jones calling saying that I owe on an advance I never took stating I would be arrested and taken to court for 4000.00 dollars if I didnt agree to pay.  PD in town said that I should report them which i did to the SSA, credit bureau and filed a complaint on FTC.  Its a bunch of ppl from india giving themselves american names... you can hardly understand a word they say and they are rude as can be... I hope someone comes down on them hard.
