this is not UPS in Brockton, I have received phone calls from this phone # at 10 p.m., first got hung up on then a woman claimed she was calling from ups. I found this strange and called UPS directly on this 800 #, they informed my that this # is not a ups rep

This IS  a UPS location. The general 800 number would not know the phone# to every UPS facility. I handle customer service for them and whoever is calling from this number is calling from an office inside of this UPS facility.

This person called me at 8:30 on a Friday night and said they were UPS.  When I called the number back several
different times, there is no answer.

They claim to be UPS then hang up.

It is UPS in Brockton, I worked PT doing the X-Mas driver helper, it was a call from them asking if I wanted to work again this season, actually spoke to a person not a machine.

Received 2 calls about a package I don't think I sent - I never sent a package to that destination. Tried to return the call and there was no answer.

This # calls me consistently and never leaves a message or anything.

It is... It isn't... It is... It isn't...  - Wash, rinse, repeat. Some of the posts here legit, but I suspect there are shill posts here as well. Scammers are known to spoof legit numbers.

I would not completely trust calls from this number. Too many of these calls are delivery scams. If you are expecting a package, Call UPS on their main customer service number 1-888-742-5877 and you can see if you have a pending delivery. You can also get the address of that location. If you are not expecting a package, again, call the main customer service number, explain about the call and see if the official UPS can help you.

Note - USP can be a pain on the phone, you will have to mess around with the phone system to get to a real liver person. I have had some better luck going to one of the UPS Stores in your area.
