Robo call from Card Member Services. Caller's name is Rachael. This company moves around the country as every call (about a week to a month apart) comes from a different state. Today they are in Westborough MA. I have been reporting Card Members Services with each call for about two years.

Calls from this number are an attempt to commit credit card fraud. DO NOT gives these creeps any banking or credit card information. Once you asked them which bank they are calling from, and you want their phone number to call them back, they always hang up.

They need to be reported to the FBI and the phone company credit card fraud investigative unit.

This "Spoofed" number, fake name and many other numbers are being used by "Debt Collectors." Prime examples are: CRSI out of California, Complete Credit Solutions out of Texas and Progressive Financial Services out of Tennessee.  They are attempting to gather information to create an account with someone by getting a credit card number or account number.  These particular places have already drained many peoples bank accounts.

These idiots call my home once each week. I have tried everything in the world to catch them but they will hang up on you the very minute you say the wrong thing. The phone number is spoofed and they wont give you a different number. Once, I was able to get a return phone number but later iin the call they hung up on me. When I called the number they gave me, it was a prank phone number that spewed insults at me!

Have requested to be put on no call list for months.  Today the operator told me that he worked three jobs and only slept 2 hours a day. I called him a liar and said he couldn't sustain that for a long period of time, He said that he drank a lot of coffee and used a lot of cocaine.  When I ask to speak to his supervisor, he said he was his own boss and he answered to no one.  
Why are people like this allowed to invade our homes and our privacy?  
It is time for "Government" to step in and do something good for a change and stop this kind of harrasment.

call came in on caller i.d. as CANX, i answered, message said push 1 for operation, when they answered i asked to be removed from their list and the guy said "no, no, no, no, no, no".

Received a call from this number. Did not pick up. NO message was left.

Sepervisor "Kathy Wilson,"  when I aske dot be taken off the calling list, told me she would KEEP calling me. When I told her that was against the law, she said "we like breaking the LAW."    REALLY???

Received several calls from this number. Automated message to lower my interest rates.  Don't need it.  Never asked for it.  All of our  phones are on the do not call list, including the cells.  My husband pressed 1 and got a gentleman that constantly asked for his credit card number.  I pressed 1 and told them to remove our name from their list, and that we were on the do not call list.  The woman on the other end said "No." and hung up on me.  Reported it to the do not call registry and will continue to until something is done about them.

Several calls from this company over the last year.  This one came through as CANX under the 508-475-1388 and out of Massachussetts.  Called them back and pressed 1.  Told them to immediately remove our name from their list as we are on the national do not call list registry and their call was not solicited by us.  Woman at the end of the phone said "No" and hung up on me.  Could not call the number back again as all I got was a busy signal.  This is only one of the numbers that they have called on.  My husband also dealt with them last week and all they wanted from him was a credit card number over and over.  When is something going to be done about these people?  They are really just a pure annoyance to us, but if they get hold of someone more naive there could be real repercussions.

I got a call and requested to be placed on do not call list and was told no with an abrupt hang up.  Called back and was given a single option to be removed from their list.

What phone company serves this number? Is there a way to find out?

Everyone who gets a call from 518-475-1388 it may come in from Unknow # file a complaint at  https://www.donotcall.gov  It only takes about a minute to file a claim.... Don't know if it will help but if enough people file complaints against the telemarketers when we ARE ON THE NO CALL LIST maybe something will be done.  I file a complaint every time I get a call. So far it has worked I just started getting from the 1388 # so we will see what happens!  Good luck and keep filing complaints with the NO CALL center.... Please file a complaint and help get ths stopped and people making the scam calls arrested!

Stimulus is the latest recording from this number which shows on ID CANX.. WTH is wrong with my constant updating on DNC list, are these options even working???

Do not answer, and just delete, but report this number. Many of the comments are correct, this is a scam for dollars.  Report it! block the number each time!

Just received a call from CANX 1-508-475-1388 on Thursday 9/8 2:57 pm ET. I did not pickup. They did not leave a message.
