    I received a call on my cell phone from this number. My cell  said "Caller unknown" I called the # and heard, "This is

    is ( couldn't make out first word) Comcast.  Please wait for the next available representative."  I hung up and called my Comcast

    company which said that they didn't call me; they don't have my cell #, only my home #.  I just reported it to the Federal Trade Commission. The call came from Foxboro, MA.

    We have been receiving calls also, so I went to our TWC account and did a live chat with their agent.  This is a legitimate phone number from a group they are using to schedule the appointments.  She also checked to see if or when the service would be completed in our area.  The caller ID showed ONPROCESS.
