Foreign accent accusing me for check Fraud,wire fraud, theft. They will send an officer to my place of employment to serve my manager with papers.

How did you handle did you buy into this? or is this the fraud?

I got several voice messages from a restricted number today.  The caller stated his name was Will Gibson and that I needed to call him with a time sensitive issue.  He said he had a case against me and provided a number.  He said if i didn't call I would ruin my credit and have a legal mess.  I didn't call them back.

This gentlemen Shawn Valentine continues to call our office/hospital for an ex employee.  He is calling over 20 times daily and is rude and obnoxious.  I DEMAND that he and anyone from this company STOP calling.  This person does not work here and we have told them that every call.

It is disrupting our business and employees.

Bill Gibson also called me with the same song and dance. Needless to say I did not call back but they started my work.

Same number keeps calling me also says his name is "Cody Banks" from the legal dept of BFF? Very rude and obnoxious. Thick middle eastern accen, he says that there's something filed against my social security number. Totally bogus

I have just filed formal complaint with the FTC, Ohio State Attorney General, and the FBI Internet crimes devision

I was called 6 times today and at work. The caller said his name was Cody Banks and that I had a case against me. He said he was from the state od Mass. Investigations. I did not call back

I have been receiving the same thing from this same number, but from a guy named Kevin Burnett. He called me today again and we had a screaming match. He was so rude, calling me names and threatening me and threatening to call my place of employment AGAIN. Said he will never stop calling me or my work. I reported it to the FTC and am gonna call my sheriffs dept as well.
