this # called my cell 15 times consecutively, someone with a strong accent, speaking very fast.  Told me that they have a lawsuit pending on my ss#, which they knew, and that a warrant would be issued for my arrest.  They said they were a lawfirm and that I had a payday loan with USA Cash Advance.  Yet, they couldn't tell me who the actual loan was with, the account # or when it was deposited to my account.   Very harrassing, non stop phone call

Phone call from Neil Johnson, very heavy accent.He called yesterday to my work and cell phone and left messages saying that it is regarding a lawsuit that involves me in my home state and that he has my name and my social security number. When I answered today he said that the same thing then tried to ask for my personal information. I asked him who it involved besides me and he interrupted and said "Listen to me", I said "not until you tell me who it involves besides me" and he repeated "You need to listen to me", again I said "no, not until you tell me who it involves". He said it is regarding a loan with Advance America. I stated that I never had a loan with them and was trying to tell him not to call me back on either of my phones ever again and he interrupted AGAIN and said "yes, I know you don't have a loan with them but....." I told him again to never call me back again and he hung up.

I guy named Gary Johnson called with a heavy accent and stated that I have a legal matter with USA Cash loans and I owe them for defaulting.  When I told him I have not had such a loan and said I ran his number on the interent and is story of lies pops up all over he just hung up the phone.  I called him back and asked him why he hung up and he said because I was wasting his time.  I told him don't ever call me again.

They called me claiming a loan I never got and that I was getting sued. I told them bring it on and proceed. I reported them to Social Security...
