Called claiming to be the IRS and threatening litigation.  Pretty sure this is either a scammer or some telemarketer using scare tactics to get people to talk to them.  Can anyone verify

Scammer. IRS wouldn't call, they would send people.

Leaves threatening message claiming to be IRS -Internal Revenue Services. Ha! Services? Really? Filing a lawsuit against me? Join the cue.

I just notified the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY (https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx) and filed a complaint.  I strongly suggest that anyone else receiving one of these disgusting calls do the same so that law authorities know and do something about it.  No one should have to put up with garbage like this; these jerks should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law !!!!!!!

Client received a call - left message: from IRS, threatening lawsuit, call now to settle.  It's BS.

The won't send people. They will write you.
