Caller left a voicemail message saying the call was from the IRS and that they were filling a law suit against me and to return their call promptly. I did. The man had a thick accent and wanted my name, date of birth etc. I asked for his IRS identification number and he hung up on me.

it was a recorded message in a digital voice saying that a lawsuit was being filed against me, and to call a number.
I hung up and went back to sleep.

509-320-4171 This number called me & left a voicemail when I didn't answer. The voicemail said someone was filing a lawsuit against me, but when I called the number back, I got a digital voice telling me the number was incorrect.

My wife was just called from this number as well and asked for personal information and then said "[Wife], I love you" before hanging up.

Weird. Do not give any information to this person.

Also received a call stating the IRS was suing me.

Received 3 messages 2 on landline and 1 on cell phone indicating that the IRS is filing a law suit against me.

Digital VM saying something about a lawsuit and to call the number back.

Got a call from this number twice today saying i am being sued by the irs  its a scam so dont call back

I have received  3 calls today from this number. What a scam!!! About once a month I get these from odd numbers saying same thing. All are scams!!!!!!!!

IRS Scam caller.

Receiving minimum of two calls per day on cell phone stating a suit is filed against me and to return call.  Some are live messages and some are recordings.  This is out of control.

Got calls from this and called back.  Asked for personnel info and threatened lawsuit from IRS.

Don't give any info  This is a scam!!!!!

Caller claimed to be from irs stating I had a warrant for tax evasion and tax fraud. So I called the local court house where I was informed this was a scam sms not to call them back.

Caller ID indicated Starbucks, WA, was calling. Message told me to call back about this case. What case?  I think my answering machine message blocked the first part of caller's message. I blocked the number.

my son got a call from this number, Person stating that the IRS is filing a law suit against him. Scared him to death

I also got a call from 509-320-4171.  It was a recorded message saying they were the IRS and they were about to file a lawsuit against me and to call immediately.  I did.  A man answered "hello?" with a thick accent.  Wanted to know my full name, date of birth, etc.  Once I asked him for verification that he was calling from the IRS he yelled at me and hung up.

Received a call from this number about 5 minutes ago with a recording saying I was being sued by the IRS. Called back from a blocked number and just got a busy signal.
