who is the caller?

Call came into my cell phone - answered it - recording in Spanish - hung up immediately - SOMEONE STOP THESE UNWANTED CALLS!! I've filed ALL of my numbers with the National DNC Registry - so WHAT'S UP???

Recording in Spanish started upon answer.  Number is on the National Do Not Call Registry, so should not get these calls.

Received call, didn't know number. no voice mail. looked up number and notice that a number of people are getting the same call. Malicious??

Same as above, garbled recording. Since the phone number is +5093629996, it means +509 is the country code - Haiti. This is just weird.

I just got the same call.  beware all, it may be charged to our phone bills.  Review your next bill

got a ton off calls from +50093629996 and nothing ????
just costing me a lot off $ anybody got info about the caller
