I got a call they were trying to get money form me they wanted me to send them money through money gram for IRS settlement

Got a call today claiming to be IRS to sue me from number 509 392 6377 may 18

Has anyone found information about this number. I do know it's a land line in richland washington.

I got the same call about 5mins. They left a message saying IRS will be filling a suit against me.

i just got the same call stating a warrant has been issued for unpaid taxes--WTF!! scared me to death

Recorded call stating they were IS filing a lawsuit against me and I need to return the call for more info.

Just received a recorded message today from this number stating that the IRS was filing a law suite.  I returned call and spoke with a lady who claimed to be Linda Smith (Badge #IRM42021) who claimed that I owe for unpaid taxes?  After advising her that this was impossible, she spoke with her supervisor and said they made a mistake?

This is a fake call.  They do not say your name at all on the message.  If the IRS is filing a lawsuit on you, they WILL send you a letter first.  This is according to their website.  This is a scam!

"Unknown Name/ Unknown Number" ??? Prank call/ Scam !!

My wife got this call this morning like most of you did, though I've warned her about these scams, it shook her up pretty bad, she called me in a panic wondering what was going on!>!

Little do these pices of [***] know (they don't) I work for the IRS, and plan on calling them back, pulling thier chain as long as I can, less time they have pestering honest taxpayers.

The real IRS would insure your identity thru secure US Mail.

Our number was called 5-19-15 3:36 PM. Caller id shows Richmond VA. This contact has the sound of a mass dialing computer. The internal revenue service would not use this method to contact citizens.

I got a call from this number, and they hung up. I called back 4 times, and every time I asked why they called me they hung up. They asked for my information before they could do anything. I asked to speak with an American, and the guy started screaming at me...

Received call from Officer MarDawson ID# IRM98562, located 1111 Constittion Ave. NW #5480, Washington, DC
He claied to be an IRS officer and said he a Tax Fraud Lawsuit on his desk from 2008-2013, unless I paid $8,753.59 today (all charges would be dropped), otherwise I would be arrested immediately after the phone call, my driver's license will be suspended, and face up to 5 years in prison for Tax Fraud, I told him hold on while I spoke with someone to help get this paid (pulling his bluff), then he rushed me off the phone and hung up.

All you have to say is that's extortion, bribery.... if IRS demands money or threatens jail time...and they claim to have criminal evidence against you, they would do ...sounds fishy...why not just take you to jail.

I got a call at 10:30 stating the IRS has been trying to call me (which I've received no such calls previously), this was their last attempt and they were filing a lawsuit against me. That's all they said. Didn't state my name when calling on the recorded message.
