I am posting both phone numbers to warn others.

I received a call from 312-651-6382. A man left a message stating that he was an investigating officer and that I was being looked at for a civil or possible criminal law suite. He is very hard to understand kind of sounds like his name is officer Dewitt with Law Mediation?? Anyways, he even leaves a case number of PC12016 and asks for me to call 509-464-6607. I have no idea what this is about and will not call back. I have goggled the 509-464-6607 number and others have stated they received the same type of call. BEWARE!!

Same thing here...call came from a Chicago area code, an "officer Dewitt" left a message that civil and possibly criminal charges were filed against me and that I need to call back with a case number he left.  This isn't the first place that has pulled this on me...the other place threatened to send the Sheriff to incarcerate me!  I've never even had a speeding ticket...these stupid scammers need to be stopped!!

I had a message on my work phone from some woman, I could not understand her name. She stated that I needed to call her back because someone filed a claim on me. She asked me to call her back and left a case number. When I called the number back, of course I did not get an answer nor that an answering machine pick up. I am sick of people and this scam mess!!!!!!!

Yeah I just got called from an LA number.  Told to call this one back.  Someone has a complaint filed against me? Yeah I have never been in legal trouble and I pay my bills.  Had a mini-heart attack of course, but I'm 99.9% sure this is a scam.

I came to work this morning and found a message on my desk from a Mr. Monroe, left me a number to call with case #A121604. Did I call them back? Nope! Get a life people.

Same thing here...call came from a Spokane WAS, woman left a message that civil and possibly criminal charges were filed against me for fraud and that I need to call back with a case number she left.  Turns out they use extreme measures to collect a debt...turns out it was incorrectly me.  be careful!!!!

This is a scam.  A guy named Brian called from LMI Legal Services with a case pending.   Come to find out, it is from a company saying I borrowed money from a payday loan company on line.  Again, this is a scam.  I have never borrowed from an online company.  They take your info that you put in, wait a year or so, then sell it to a 3rd party company who makes these allegations up.  

They are also saying I owe money. Funny yhe account they say I used to get money was closed at the time of this so called deposit. They would not give me a corporate address but gave this number. I knew it was a scam and was giving the guy a hard time and he told me to "stop busting his balls". Really?

A young lady talking a mile a minute , called my cousin's phone looking for me , stating I had a lawsuit for fraud against me , and to call 509-464-6607 ext 615 . She said her name is Lisa Cart . But when I called the number , I received a voicemail with a guy on it saying he works in Loan Mediations and to leave a contact number , case number and reference . Super weird , how did they get my relative number , I haven't applied for a loan and don't need one . Why are they lying making up things ? I have a credit fraud alert monitoring on my credit profile through experian . If there was truly any fraud going on tied to my name , experian & transunion would call to notify me . Not fraudulent unknown company calling from a unknown number . BEWARE , THEY ARE PHISHING FOR INFO . DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM !!!

SCAM ALERT! SAME: They have peoples information: It's gotta be a some type of list that they bought or stole people's information from. Beause I get the same call almost every 6 -12 months from a similar scam. They have a particular work line that I gave out a long  time ago when I applied for a loan finder.  So whenever I get shady calls such as this, it's always on that particular line.The thing is I never give that line out to anybody, I only gave it out that one time a long time ago on that loan finder site. Which BTW was a pay day loan finder for your area.  You leave the information on this site and it searches for someone in your area to assist you. I should have not have done that, but, I was naive at that time. Anyways, I'm pretty sure that site which now I forget what it was called was faulty and sent my info to these scammers.  So I know when that particular line rings for me its fraud phishers. Just to let you know: I never did end up taking any pay day loan out at that time and I have no criminal or legal problems, I don't owe anybody any money and I have clean credit.  Also: I have two credit watching accounts and I have identity fraud alert watch that I pay for monthly. I suggest if anyone gets a call from these people... you should watch your credit every month. Keep a vigilant eye open, because they have your info.
