    They left a message on  my cell phone saying they were the IRS and there was a law suit against me.  I called back and asked them to send me a letter.  The person then started solictiing sex from me using all kinds of obscenities. The number show as a call from Pasco, WA.

    It's a scam, nothing else.  Don't call them back.  Report it to the IRS at their complaint sight.  It comes from  in Pasco, Washington, but probably comes from India or Pakistan.
