Call id'ed themselves as the IRS and that this was my final notice before they were filing suit against me. I was supposed to return the call immediately.

Called as IRS and said I'm being sued

Left voicemail that this was final notice before being sued, didn't know irs operates out of Oroville, WA- why can't the masses of taxes we pay stop this crap!!

Same as others. Left message that IRS was filing suit against me and I needed to call them back.

left a voice massage that said this is the internal revenue you are being sued. i was supposed to call them back immediately.
i know for sure this massage is not from the IRS for I have been disable for years and i am living on a low income budget from Social security. This must be a SCAM,

Same as everyone. You'd think the govt could straighten this out . . . well, maybe they better hire someone to straighten it out. . . IRS should be looking into it instead of messing with our health care.

The voice mail says this is the final warning about the IRS. It is a very annoying message. The IRS normally doesn't call, but send a written notice.

Threatening call, posing as IRS.  This should be illegal, and the number should be stopped, yes?

Just called them back and told them I'm a federal agent and got hung up on right away... They r Indian accent Called back and nothing but typing in the background and looking for answers

called back, they even answered they were from  the irs. told where to show it

Got the same message. The IRS doesn't call and say they are going to sue.

I am a Federal Agent, and I called back and said, "This is Special Agent -----,  I just a received a call from this number which was very suspicious.  Can you tell me what this is about?"  They hung up immediately as well.   Safe to say this is a scam.

This number called me and said that I'm being sued because somebody did a felony, and I did a sign for him. Don't know is a prank or scam

Received same call, message this is irs...final notice. Being sued...call back. We  Never answer unknown calls.  We get about 5 a day in florida

Caller said they were the IRS and that I was being sued.

Received a call from this number this morning. Did not answer the phone since it was out of area. A women left a message on the answering machine saying "This is officially a final notice from the IRS and that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you and to call this number 5095604156". These idiots/scammers never quit.

Must be a scam because I read all the posts before posting my own comment and it said the same to me.  Going to be sued and to call immediately.
