This number keeps calling saying they are from the IRS regarding a lawsuit.  They want me to call them back and there isn't any identifying info other than that.  They don't even say our name...just call back at this number.

auto bot rang from 5095873103.  Claiming irs filing a suit against me.  Not sure why that could happen.  I have not filed my taxes yet this year, and am late, but I earn so very little, it's hard to imagine the IRS would have a lawsuit against me.

robo call from IRS with a very heavy middle eastern accent...Consider this your final notice from IRS Internal Revenue Service before they file a lawsuit. Call this number back immediately 509-587-3103. It was busy busy and then rang at least 10 times and when they answered, I could not understand what they said. I asked repeatedly to stop calling and remove my number and told them this was a bogus call and not the IRS. Back and forth and he called me a "mother effer" and I responded accordingly and hung up. Do you think the IRS would respond like that???

Have received several calls from this scammer.  I did call back once and they wanted me to Identify and give my social security number and address.  I said no way and hung up.  Some one from Pakistan I do believe.  Was definitely not an American.  Scam!  I have had my identity stolen several times already so am very leery of giving out any information at all.

If they call me back, I will write down the numbers this [***] recording is saying to call back, and then these people who answer at the other end will get no mercy from me.

I got the same phone call and message as most of the above posts, a recorded message saying this was the final notice and that there was going to be a lawsuit against me for taxes owed. I know we don't owe any taxes. When I tried to call the 509-587-3103 number back, it was a fast busy signal. My phone showed the number to be from Brewster, Washington. I agree with the other posts, it's  some sort of scam. The IRS would never leave a recorded message like the one left for me. Can the number be traced and the scammers be stopped, I wonder?

Caller identified themselves as an IRS employee and that my wife and I owed $4900.00 in back taxes. They also said that if we did not pay, that we would be arrested by the local police. I told them that I worked for the US Government and that they would be arrested for making the phone call. They hung up immediately and could not be reached at the 509 area code number. Someone please have these people shut down.

I just got the same call.  I called the number back 509-588-7570 and got the same info as others noted: IRS lawsuit filed against me if I don't pay.  Middle Eastern sounding person who said she was Kristin Martin (yeah right).  Said IRS had sent me notices (untrue) and that my drivers license, bank accounts & property were being seized.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up.  I think this SCAM merits a call to the IRS!!!
