They said it was a US treasury financial Grant program,they said I was picked for a $9000 US treasury financial grant but want two hundred dollars upfront and it'll be reimbursed when I get the money!

Have you ever been asked to pay up front for money which is being given to you?  These scammers must think we are stupid.

I foreign speaking man called from 360-159-7849 saying I won a $7,000 grant. He asked me how do i want to receive that money. I chose western union. He said I needed to call 360-637-4752 to speak to his manager. I didn't call.

Then a got another call from an unknown number saying I will get grant money of $9,000. Call 509-588-7567 in 15 minutes so they can transfer into my bank account or western union.  I didn't call.

They keep calling back asking me why I didn't call back. That if i dont trust him call his manager at 509-588-7567 but i must call back right now.

How do we stop them from calling?
