    This is not the IRS. SCAMMER ALERT.  Irs doesn't call at 12:07 am central time. They do say they are Internal Revenue Service which is a federal offense.

    I receive a phone message from this number saying this was a final notice from the Internal Revenue Service and that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. To get more information on this case I was directed to call 509-588-7570 (Listed on my phone as 'unknown name'). There has been lots in the news about this scam--DON'T CALL. The IRS doesn't contact you by phone and they do not leave threatening phone messages. The call source was located in eastern Washington--Kennewick, Spokane, Yakima area.
