Just received a call from this number.  Automated regarding Life Alert system.  Doesn't give an option to opt out, only to press # to talk with a representative.  I hung up on the call.

This number called me, no answer and they hung up. I called back and recieved a message saying this number is no longewr is service. If it is no longer in service how did they call me.

I got a call and hang-up at about 9:00 AM Central Time. I have been getting these calls off and on all times of the day. I do not like it because I am quite concerned about my Mother who is ill. I do not like to be scared out of my wits trying to get to the phone for nothing.

Didn't recognize the number so didn't answer.  Blocked them because it looks like scammers were using this number to do the "credit card interest reduction" thing and now they're claiming to be Life Alert.

Robocall, no message. This number has been disconnected. There is an especially hot rock in the 9th level of Hell for the necrophiles who run these scams.

Fraudulent call from very rude and worthless human beings. Credit card spam unwilling to remove you from their call list. Don't bother answering the phone!!!

Scammers. They call my cell phone 3-4 times or more a week. Don't answer it. This number is on the govt do not call list, but just like everything else that goes on in Washington, it doesn't work!!!!  I wouldn't be surprised to find out we have been scammed  (once again) by the US govt and they have turned around and sold that list. I mean really how did they get my cell number. Sometimes they leave a voice mail, which by law, unless I have done business with them, they are not supposed to call me at all. Anyway, if any of you want to see EXACTLY how Washington and politicians do their jobs, you should watch House of Cards. This series should be watched by all college students, to give them a wake up call, about Washington and how it is all about the politician and what's in it for them.

19 year old kid on the other line. He provided some BS information about where he was located (Atlanta, TX) and claimed that his job was to, for a fee, call an individual's bank and convince them, the bank, to give the individual a lower rate based on credit history. When I asked to be put on a do-not-call list, he threatened to call me 20x a day. To avoid this, I would have to pay a fee of $50. He sang me some songs, some Reggae and some Bruno Mars. After talking for a while, he said he was hungry, so he'd call back and hang up on me.

The carriers could stop this since they are spoofed numbers

There should just be a law that forces the carriers to block all spoofed numbers without a warrant

A warrant should e required as this would force the government and law enforcement to follow the law and scumbag scamming marketers would be forced to do honest business

I did not bother to answer when they called because I didn't recognize the number. They didn't leave a message so they can bite me. Just another BS call. They are a waste of my time and cell minutes. I wish they would eff off.

Rcvd call on my DNC-registered cell. "Answered", but did not make a sound. Call was disconnected on their end within 15 seconds.

These calls are making my cell phone UNUSEABLE!  My teen is out snow shoveling and I wanted to call him, but my phone was busy taking half a dozen calls from these people.  I could not ring him because one call after another from this number kept coming in.  It would stop ringing, pause, and then ring again.  They have the technology to make my phone inoperable - isn't that a SECURITY RISK to this country?
