Called....I answered....they never said a word.  Click....hang up.  What's up with that?

They called...left no message... I called back and it says they are unavialiable. This is a brand new iphone with new number a week old. I only gave this number out looking for a job.

A fellow identified himself as calling for some Policeman's Fund, saying his name was "Mark" (I remember, because it's the same name as mine).  I informed him -- as nicely as I could -- that we don't do donations by telephone.  He replied, "Yeah, well, we don't either.  GEEK!!" and hung up.  I don't know if this was a legitimate caller for a policeman's fund or not; if so, is this what policing has come to stand for?  Government and charitable calls may not fall under the Federal No-call List law, but it's still an invasion of privacy, and should be respected as such when these calls are made.  Maybe it wasn't a legitimate caller -- but if not, what would be in it the caller?  It's hard to know what to make of it.

They just called me as well. Same bs nobody on the other end. CID says "California"

Don't answer it!  They'll ask for you by name, and when you say yes they'll hang up.  Most be verifying phone numbers, but for what evil purpose?

Tried calling them back, but the voice mail message says that this extension isn't available to take your call and then tells you there message box is full.  Weird.

Getting sick of this! Got a call again tonight, 10/15 @ 8:59pm; also on 10/14 @ 6:02pm, on 10/12 @7:54pm.  Same thing happens when I answer the phone - there is no one there and then they hang up.  Tried to call the number back and there was a recording that said to leave a message, but then it says that the mailbox is full.

Got a call, answered it, no one said anything on the other line but I could hear it was open. After about 10 seconds of me saying "Hello?", other end hung up.

Called them back, rings once then goes to voicemail which then announces it is full.

CID said California, just hung up.

Received a call from at 6:57 on veterans day when I answered there was no one on the other end.

I got a call from them. MY CID said "California". I called them back and it said that the number is unavailable. I have a theory, someone paid these guys to dial numbers in sequence and find out which are live numbers. Well whoever is buying my number is gonna have to pay 10 grand in fines if they call me cuz I'm on the Do-not-call list :)
