Hayward, CA NCO Financial Systems Inc, one of those irritating spam debt collectors who seem to call random numbers trying to find someone you've never heard of. Now they won't even talk to you if you answer...they just give you a recording telling you to call them.

They also called me from 510-362-0717. I guess they use multiple numbers to prevent you from blocking them.

These people call, but never leave a message. I called them back and they told me that they are a collecting agency. They wanted  me to give them my birth, ss# to make sure it was me before they looked up my record. I told them I don't owe any debt. I never owe debt!  They told me it was Federal Law that I give them the information before they can tell me who is trying to collect from me.  I told them, "well, if you really need to collect form me, you have my number and you can leave me a message." and hung up.  They keep calling about three times a month, but never leave messages.
