I signed up for a trial newspaper delivery with the Houston Chronicle.  I called to cancel and every since I've been receiving annoying calls from this number.  I finally had them blocked and they stopped calling.

How did you block them from calling, because they call me a lot ..

I got a call from this number and I do not know who it is.  I am on a do not call list, but still get these calls.

Got a call today from this.  I don't even live in CA.  I'm also on the Do not call list.

I also told the Houston Chronicle I was moving and cancelled my subscription. They have been harassing me ever since. Blocked two numbers in connection with them.

How is this a Houston newspaper with a San Fran number?

Yeah, me too. I've already received three calls about the Houston Chronicle after I canceled it. . . And I canceled it because I was lied to about the subscription in the first place.

This number started calling us and hangs up just as you answer.  I too believe that it comes from a company named Gannett Co. which is spelled the same way that the company that owns our local channel 11 KHOU TV.  Maybe it's them but wish they would quit calling.

Can you tell us the other number that they call from?

I cancelled due to their leftist reporting.  Was getting 15 calls a day.  My attorney had to step in to stop them...
