Completely abusive, if not illegal. Watch out for numbers of this pattern, and block them.

Female asked if I would participate in a survey that would take no longer than 5 minutes. I told her I charge $200 to answer questions.  

She said they do not pay and are just taking a survey. I then told her that my time is not free.  She hung up.

They were very rude and told me they could call at anytime up until 9pm and it was 8:55 when we received the call. Told them we were on the no call list   And take us off theirs

I started getting calls from this number on feb 13 and they'called at least twice a day ever since.  I've not answered the calls.

Why do people even answer the phone, unless they know exactly who it is. Even if it was an emergency, they'd leave a message. I never answer the phone! Try it, it'll save you the frustration.

apparently they've called me again, and I've previously been amused by Kats comment and forgotten about it.
Yeah I just simply don't answer numbers I don't recognize. Then I Google them and read about them on these sites.

woman asks if i am a registered voter, I ask how  did you get my number, she hangs up.

This number keeps calling me even on late weekends. Very annoying. Thanks to you I will not pick.

I have several phone numbers for this office.  The line they called in on is one I give out less than any other line.
I suspect it is connected to something I had authorized, and they caller then stole the phone number and others off a list, ie, identity theft. I picked up, responded politely: complete silence but someone on the line.  I responded politely again:  someone there but complete silence.  Creepy!  Two chances, then you are out, sorry I have other things to do today than play with this rude person playing phone games.  Must be a really sad loser and have free time on a work day to be a creep and a jerk.

I haven't done this for this number, but I did it for another.  I called the number back, and asked them why they were calling a crime scene.  I asked them how they knew the victim and I'd need their information.  It worked!  One down..many to go.
