Yes, same here. I tried calling the number back and the person cannot be reached. When I answered the phone, the automated voice told me my credit card interest will get lowered if I press 1 or if I don't want there service press 2.

Scam.

Called at 8:42 AM 6/9/2015.  I picked up, nothing but dead air.  Then it hung up.

I'm guessing it's just searching for 'live' numbers to sell for robodialing later.

Has called many times... I picked up the first few times, then line goes dead!
I ignore it now...but it's still annoying!!! Total losers, who have nothing better to do, than to call and annoy people! Be careful, people!!!

Caller ID said Cecilia Hartwig. Let the machine pick up. No message left.

Called about lowering interest on my credit card. Didn't specify which. My caller ID brings it up as Cecilia Hartwig, so it must be a personal line.

Just received a call from this number on my cell. It's a robocall from 'Heather' calling about my credit card requiring 'urgent' action to lower my APR.
Waste of time, wish they would leave me alone. I don't even have a balance on my cards!!

Called me 10 min ago asking if I wanted my interest rate lowered and when I asked him what credit card he proceeded to ask which banks I have credit cards with and finally hung up on me after I kept asking questions.

I had a missed call from this number on 6/9 at 11:45 am. It came up only as "California" on the caller ID. I called back and got an automated message stating the wireless user was unavailable.

"Heather" from customer service saying everything is fine with my account and that I can press one to lower my interest rate.  Clearly a spammer.

Yup - they're at it again with a brand new number (caller ID says the call originates in Oakland, California, but who really knows?)  Got a robocall from "Account Services" from the same number (510-612-1677) at 12:25pm New York time. I hung up immediately on their call, added the number in my iPhone's Contacts, named it "Spam Robocall" and selected "Block this Caller" on my iPhone.
