same here, called and left no message. then when i called back, it was automated

I just received a phone call from that same number 510-686-4991..I dont want them calling me. Does anyone know who it is?

Funny I just recieved a call from that number same thing no message, but difference here is I just got this phone 2 days ago, Who is it?

I don't who or why I received a phone call from this number (510)686-4991

Cell Phone barely rang 1/2 a ring but left this 510-686-4991 number ..just before 6pm
It's from San Francico area

Called me, phone rang like twice, left no message.

I called back and got some automated message. Something about Cosmo? I got weirded out when it said something about 'retrieving record' and then hang up.

just called now (510-686-4991) hang half a ring and hung up. i looked it up and read these so im not calling back or gonna answer if they call again.

I got a call from this number 2:50 PM on 9/25/10 Since I know people from Oakland, CA (That's what my caller ID says the call was from) I called back and an answering machine picked up for something called Hey Cosmo, or at lest that is was it sounded like/made out of it.

Just got the same call. I called back and I got the same thing...Hey Cosmo..." I did get to a menu that let's you hear the missed message from your misses call, or so they say. It was a recordin from a Track (or something like that) selling their cell phone service. It also gives you the option to have a text message to your phone telling you about how you can save money by buying the phone at Walmart.

Also just received this call and from the looks of the other posts, its probably a cell phone service pinging phone numbers to find out which ones are available for use.  don't bother calling back.

Did anyone here just get a tracphone? I've only had mine a few days, I've given no one the number, but I got a call from 510-686-4991, no message left. Maybe tracphone is selling the numbers?
