Phone call came in at 1:02 am, on my cell, which I use as an alarm. Had worked late, 11pm, and had to turn around and go back in at 6am. Didn't answer, hit snooze (ha ha). When I realized it was a call, I laid there and worried about who? Was, my son, who is in the military trying to call?
Needless to say I didn't get anymore sleep, and still had to go to work. All my phones are on the No Call List, does anybody have any ideas?

I keep getting calls from this # its a woman she askes for someone I tell her I dont understand what she is saying and she says nothing else just sits on the line. This has happend about 7 times. One time it sounded like spanish I told her we dont speek spanish she yelled at me saying im not speeking spanish! That was the only thing I have ever understood her say.I did some investigating and it looks like New York state transit owns the #.Someone had tomuch time on their hands. N.Y. transit is looking into the matter. Im also going to hang up the phone next time she calls and then pick up again and dial *57 that will trace the number and after 3 times you can file harassment charges againt who ever this is.Good luck to all and if this is some ding bat with to much time on her hands I hope she gets fired!

I believe this number is associated with a calling card because I was called today from some people I know in Peru, and this is the number that appeared on my phone.  They must be calling into an international number with a calling card which then transfers the call to an outgoing US number.  So the "hang ups" could be wrong numbers, especially if you answer in English and they're expecting Spanish.

When people call from Peru using a phone card, that is the number that will appear on your caller i.d. I didn't know who it was at first so I let it go to voice mail, and it turned out to be my mother calling from Peru during a trip.

I got a called tonight around 10:15 pm don't know who's number it is?....I am not sure if someone was trying to call my number or it was just a wrong number?..This is the first time someone is calling my number with this number 511-398-7600 I belived is from Peru code?..I hope whoever is calling don't bother me anymore!...Please report this number looks like there is planty complains already against this number?..somebody have to do something?....Peace to all"

Somebody called today from this number but I didn't answer because I'm using TextFree on the iPod and I need a special headphone that I don't own. Then I tried to text asking who was and It appear that the number is not valid

Well, now I know where is it from. When you call to the US from Peru (with a " holaperu al segundo " card from the telephone company that you buy in stores) that number appears, so maybe there's is people in Peru making jokes, or a relative, or a friend, etc.

I got 2 phone calls, one at 1 PM and one at 4 PM from this number with someone speaking in Spanish. I just kept saying wrong number and he didn't hang up. What a weirdo!

I have been receiving calls from unavailable number and this number, at 5am 1 am 1130pm.....several calls are coming from this numer!!! WTH????? I have a baby!! I dont need the baby to be woken up at these hours!!!!    I am going to call verizon and see what they suggest................

just got 4 calls from this number.  i think it is a calling card from someone in costa rica or mexico but can't tell. no sound on the other end anytime.

Yes it is from peru just ppl that want to harass you for their own benefit... if you are not expecting any calls from peru then don't answer.

I'm in San Isidro, Lima, Peru. The same number just called my Peruvian Cell phone 3 minutes ago, and I'm unable to call it back. WTF
