Spam Marketing calls for free long distance minutes buying their calling card

I dont want to receive more calls for this number

first day of my new phone purchased from  metropcs and already getting annoying calls from this number

I've been getting calls from this number for several weeks now and I have no idea how to stop them. The company behind these annoying calls is TELEFÓNICA MOVILES MÉXICO, also known as Movistar. Some family members I talk to frequently have Movistar as their cell phone provider. None have disclosed my number to anyone. The company is apparently ABUSING the call data they collect for their annoying telemarketing. And it clearly has no respect for American law, because telling them that my cell phone number is listed on the National Do Not Call Database, and they need to please remove my number from their call list and add it to their Do Not Call list, has made no difference. Any ideas? I'd hate having to change my number and never give it to family in Mexico. What can be done to get this foreign company to respect US laws?

I'm a metropcs subscriber as well and gets calls from that number as well.

These idiots keep calling and trying to sell me something in Spanish.   Their so dumb because there assuming I'm Spanish.
