This company is called POTBELLY SANDWICH WORKS. Got a call from their number today. Didn't answer and let the machine pick up and there wasn't anyone on the other end. No message. Austin Texas business. Why did they call ALASKA, I don't know.

Seems a computer scam is running off this #.
Had a user in our company get a call from this same # in Oregon

I got a call from them as well - in BC Canada!

and yesterday in Ontario. Called them back and for sure got potbelly sandwiches. Even found a Parkour Brothers video featuring the place, on You tube.

Just got a call from this #. Woman with thick (jamaican? ) accent asked if I had a Windows computer. SCAM ALERT!

Got a call today they wanted to speak to someone in charge of the advertising. If you listen to the message at Pot Belly it prompts you to press nine and it will tell you that a telemarketing company has been using their number as a call back number, this is referred to as caller id "spoofing", the company steals a phone number of a legitimate business in order to appear as a real company so that people will pick up the phone.

Got a call from them today, Canada, province of Québec !
Guy with a really big chinease accent, says he was a Windows representative, wanted me to open my computer live, says to me that it was hacked. Told him my computer was not with me, says he will call back.

DO NOT ANSWER, its seems like a trickery

they called, said I had MAJOR computer problems. He has East Indian accent, (HERES THE KICKER, his name is JACK GOMEZ) I asked his company, he said--FWAT CARE and the #1 201 448 6147. At first he said he was from Windows. SCAAAAAAAM! on my phone it said-512-477-0300

I got startled awake from what was becoming a bad dream a 11:32pm. I really thought something was wrong, because no normal person would call so late. The women had a thick Indian/Arabic accent and wanted to me to know there was an emergency with Microsoft Windows and wanted to ask if I had this program. I told her not 11:30 at night and hung up. Sooo upset cause in the dream I was having the hospital was calling. If I ever have them call back they will regret it. Caller Id when I looked after was Potbelly Sandwich.... Do they deliver to Rhode Island

I got a call from this number this morning - I'm in England!!! Yesterday another number from "NY, USA" called me.. +1 (607) 363-9777 called me. I don't pick up but it creeps me out every time!!

I was just called from this number which came up as Potbelly Sandwich but that is not who called as Potbelly Sandwich is in my town and I called them to verify.  It was a gentleman with a Middle Eastern accent wanting to access my computer to fix a problem with windows.  I said I was not interested and hung up on him.  He called right back from a number that showed up as a pay phone 714-999-9103 begging me not to hang up.  I told him again that I was not interested and I have someone who works on my computer.  He did not call back again.  Beware of these scammers.  No telling what they would do if you gave them access to your computer.

Got a call from them tonight.  Actaully argued with me about what I should talk to him unstead of the computer store down the street.  Scary thing was he actually had my name.  Jerk!

This number called me and when I answered there was no greeting. I waited for a little while and then someone came on the line, when I asked to be taken off the call list the caller replied "no, I won't" and then hung up on me.

I rcvd. a call today this same number.  No response right away when I said hello so I knew something was up. When the guy started talking, he told me that I had a very serious problem with my computer.  I baited him and asked who he was. He said he was fron some technology company but I didn't understand the name as his accent was strong.  I repeated asked who & why and he just kept saying that I need to fix it.  I then told him that if I had a problem, I would make the call to my computer company and to get the hell off my phone! I hung up and blocked the call and spoke to the Operator who has told me that there are several incidents with this number.  The number does belong to a ligit business in Austin, Tx but it is someone else who is spoofing their number. Potbelly Sandwich has had this happen for awhile now it seems.  Anyways, time to call Crime Stoppers!

In Taiwan, got a call same # with Indian accent. It sound that lady spoken to me when she eating. She try to ask my boss (She also know what my boss family name) come for answer her phone. I repeated my question, what can I do for you to her. She never answer me and repeat for asking talk to my boss. I told her my boss doesn't speak English. She hanged up very rude. That's really scary , why they know the name of our company and the family name of my boss. Who are they???  What should we do after this phone call?  

I got a call from a number identifying itself as Potbelly Sandwich Works.  From what I gather, it's a place out of Austin, TX.  I didn't pick up the phone.  The number on the ID is 512-477-0300.  I live up here in Maine and wondered why a place like that would bother calling all the way up here.
