- JBOMG--these people are such total SCAM artists!!! I made a donation about 3 yrs ago to the 'TX State Troopers Association' and have been getting solicitation calls from 'TX FOP' (FOP = Fraternal Order of Police), and 'Pub Safety Svcs' about 20-25 times/month ever since. The callers identify themselves as being from various organizations--sometimes public safety-related, sometimes for cancer or unrelated things. I donated before I knew it was a scam--I have asked them not to call me no fewer than 100 times--and they will NOT STOP CALLING!! Please call the TX Attorney General at 1800-648-9642 to help stop these awful people!!!
