This person Officer Daniel Carter from Law Enforcement and Justice is constantly calling  me and says i will be put in jail for 29 months because of some payday loans

This is some collection agency in India where they are told to act like police officers.  They will continue to harrass you at the number until you agree that you owe them money.

They keeping calling me and saying I am going to jail in the morning........

YES THEY KEEP CALLIN MY CELL PHONE AND WORK NUMBER SAYING THAT IF I DONT RESOLVE THE MATTER I WILL BE PUT IN JAIL. SO I PUT MY BROTHER ON THE PHONE HE CUSSED THEM OUT AND WE KEPT CALLING THERE PHONE BACK PLAYING ON IT SINCE THEY DID US THE SAME WAY NOW THEY WONT PICK UP OR CALL BACK.. BUT THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST PLEASE NO ONE FALL VICTIM FROM THEM

I received the same call at work only his name was Jacl Palmer from Federal Crime Division.  It's a scam.

They call me regarding my mother and say if she doesn't call they will arrest her. His name was Cyrus miller

I just received this call from a Robert Marshall saying that there is a legal action aganist my name and if I dont reply to them then I will be arrested for check fraud. This is so damn funny I don,t have a checking account and I am not presently working at this time.. Now they have the last for digits of my ss number! He gave me a case number#.

Hahahaha don't sweat it!!  I got a call from a Sean Marshall and a Jeff Morgan, both with middle eastern accents... Saying the same exact thing!!! I was a lil nervous, but when they couldn't give me any info on myself besides my name and number and wanted my address, I knew it was a scam.  I had my gf call back saying het name was Megan Fox!!!  And they said she had a lawsuit on her too lol... So now we have been calling them saying we are international investigators and we are coming to arrest you!! Hahahaha. This was about 30 min ago... Phone calls have stopped! Lol... Just do what u have to to protect your SS#

I received a call from Roger with the Dept of Law and Justice...512-551-4993 x 748 stating that if I don't return their call that there will be legal consequences. I need to call back and talk to his Senior Officer Marshal as soon as I received this message.Otherwise a warrant will be issued against my name and social.

I have been receiving calls for month now from different foreign speaking men.  They tell me different amounts I owe and they change the name of the company that I owe. I know I owe the companies nothing. When I tell them that it is a scam and that the FBI are looking for them. They hang up. Then wait a week and change their name, phone number's and up the threat. It always comes down to owing money on a pay day loan that I didn't take out. One even called me a Mother F**ker before hanging up the phone.
They call my work and cell phone number's only.

They will call back every 5 minutes and then give up. Then start all over again. I just want it stopped.  I will not pay for a bill that I do not owe and hope no one else will either!!

They called me again today and jut left a message that since I won't answer their calls or return their calls they are filing charges against my name and social security number.  I have now blocked their calls from my cell phone.

It's all a scam!!!  The last time they called me I told them I was with law enforcement, and that I'm tracing their call and will have someone at THEIR door within the hour (just like they say to everyone) and the calls have stopped

I was contacted by this number now twice and they keep doing the same song and dance about online payday loans that i took out. There has to be a way for this to be stopped I am getting pissed that they can do this and some how they also got the last four of my ssn.

i am a attorney i just let them or robert marsall call me all day for two weeks so we can finally track him down...

The senior officer is a scam artist.

Received phone call stating that this is Roger from Law Enforcement and Justice and there are legal proceedings in my name.

These camel jockies keep callin sayin im being sued then when my wife awnsered they turned in to perverts who went into detail what and how they want to do her and they want the same from my daughter and even my mother i told them if your so smart show up at my addressand well she who gonna be [***] they call from 512-551-4993you and 432-634-7744 they gonna be dead if i find them in texas where the phone numbers are registered.

I also have been receiving calls from Officer Daniel Stuart who gave me a case number but refuses to sent me a copy of any documentation until I pay him 1,836 on a 300 loan I took 2wks ago. I advised him I have an attorney and my attorney needs to see those papers and he said no not until the money is paid or you will be going to jail for 39months. He lowered the amount to 1,000 only if I pay it by 6/15/12. I said no not until I receive a copy of my complain and if they really have all my personal information they they know where to sent it.

I KEEP GETTING PHONE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER SAYING I OWE MONEY CASH ADVANCE. I NEVER HEARD OF THIS COMPANY. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH CAN'T SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR, SOME GUY CLAIMS HE'S AN OFFICER OF THE COURT. WHEN I CALL THE NUMBER BACK I CAN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE BECAUSE THE VOICE MAIL IS FULL. I THINK THIS IS A [***] SCAM SOMEONE IS TRYING TO PULL

This company has been constantly calling our house and harassing my father and I. They are looking for my sister, Mary Gallagher who has left the state. We have no contact with her and she has not lived here in over five years. They are threatening to keep calling and watch our house.
