the caller claims to be from irs and stated that the irs had a lawsuit against me.  I have filed my taxes and am waiting for a refund. I have not received a letter from the irs regarding a lawsuit.

Got the same call and message from the same number the past 2 days.  It's a scam so ignore it.  The IRS does not call you to initiate contact.

I received a phone call stating the IRS was ready to file a lawsuit against me from the same  number. It startled me at first but if it was truly the IRS why wouldn't they send a certified letter.

I also just received a call from this number stating I am being sued by the IRS and this is my final notice.

Fake officer jack Wilson badge number 147036 called saying we owe 3000 dollars and they are using us ....I said what jurisdiction do you have in Illinois when your in texas....no answer...I told him he was a scam artist and don't call here anymore.....

Recd voice msg advising IRS filing a lawsuit against me.   Not sure how much more they can get.  Already paid my taxes...and the four or five other people I have to pay for that don't.
