They won't stop calling, threatening and falsifying information they obtained illegally.  Phone extortion.

Someone has called me twice from this phone number and left a message for me to call them that a lawsuit is being filed against me and my social security number and they need to talk to me immediately.  I am not stupid, I did call the number and left them a message that I will report them to the State Attorney General because I know this is considered phishing and they are trying to obtain information  that could be considered their attempt to steal my identity.  Please do something about this if you can.  Thank you.

they are calling me and telling me someone filed a lawsuit against me and the law is coming to my home to arrest me. very, very rude and combative and this is a fraud. i would not give them any information and they started yelling at me and I hung up.

Just received a phone call from this number and couldn't understand most of the message.(Indian I think)  I did get it was Solomon law firm, but the person who gave the message was Officer Justin Cooper.  He said something about a case against me and my social security number, and to have my attorney call him back.  I called the number back, and the message said "we are currently unavaliable, leave a number and we will get back to you."  The mailbox was full!!!!   Sounded very suspicous, so I found this site on the internet.  I don't get it, but I'm just glad they didn't call my mother who might have fallen for this.

The very same thing happened to me today.  The man was from India, said he was Officer Justin Cooper calling from the Solomon law firm (already didn't  make sense).  There was a case filed against me and my social security number, and for me to have my attorney call him back.  Like you, I called back and they said they couldn't come to the phone, but to leave a message and they would get back to me.  Sounded real scammy to me, so I went to the internet and found this site. Thank you for your posting.  It affirms that this was surely a scam.

This is a scam by some people from India.  They make you think someone is going to sue you, or you might loose your idenity.  My caller (on my cell) said he was Officer Justin Cooper, from the Solomon Law Firm (didn't make sense already).  He said to have my lawyer to call him back.  These people need to be stopped!!!!  They may be ripping off older folks who might believe them.

The same thing has happened to me ! It took the guy 3 days before he would leave a message! He left his name of Justin Cooper with Solomon Law firm regarding a case filed against my name and social security number!! I knew it was a scam because he didn't even know my last name! Can't pronounce my first name either ! He left a second message stating that he would report to local police and court since I did not return his phone call !! PLEASE DO NOT fall for this !!!!!!!! I believe it is someone from India !

I received 2 voice mails from Sean Patrick stating that a lawsuit was filed again my SSN with the Solomon Law Firm. The second voice mail was from Sean Patrick as well stating that there is a warrant issued for my arrest. I gave them a call and Stanley Smith answered. I asked to speak to Sean Patrick and he asked me whose calling, once I gave him my name he hung up. He called me back stating that we got disconnected and gave me a case number and asked me not to interrupt him. He stated that a law suit was filed against me and my SSN for:
1. Defraud
2. Collectors Check
3. Theft by deception

I right away knew it was a scam and hung up. I called the actual Solomon Law firm - based in Houston. He stated that this is happening to a lot of people. He stated that  it is a scam and to just report it and ignore their calls.

I reported it to FTC and to the Texas Attorney General. Checked my credit report and everything is clear.

Got the same call a few weeks back.  Again today, but from a 903-455-3938 number this time. It is "Justin Cooper". When I asked him to tell me how he got my number, he hung up. Same stuff as above.

Just got a call from this number..  Same thing, lawsuit from US Cash Advance... Officer Stanley Marshell from th FFC saying I had a warrent for my arrest for Federal Banking and cash fraud.  He sounded Indian.  Is there anything we can do about these people????  I'm so glad they didn't can my Mother as she would have had a heartattack.

Same thing just happened to me.  2 Indian guys called and said there was a lawsuit filed against me from Pay Day Loans for failure to pay $500.00 back.  I told them it was a fraud or scam.  Very rude.

I just got a call from this 512-614-7992 number and it was also a man who was very hard to understand and sounded like he was from India. I was told to write down my case number because someone was suing me. So I wrote down the number and asked what this was pertaining to? I was told that I needed to hold so I could talk to his manager and when I said No, that I needed to know what this was pertaining to or else I would hang up, He then quickly told me that I was going behind bars and hung up on me! I called back right away to ask what this was all about and some Indian man picked up who was very hard to understand and hear because there was a lot of background noise and started yelling at me to never call that number again repeatedly! I said YOU called me what do you want and who are you? He answered me by saying "Your father!" and then started to yell at me again to never call that number again. I told him to never call my number again and hung up. The whole time they were very threatening and very rude.

I a call this morning a guy who was very hard to understand, gave me a case number and transfered me to another guy who was very hard to understand.  He told me the same thing that I had a case against me.  I told him I wanted everything in writing, got very mad at me when I kept telling him I wanted everything in writing he kept telling me I was going to go to jail, rattled off my address and hung up on me.  Can anything be done?

I too received a call today.  Scary thing was they told me MY social security number (they had it right) and also had all of my bank information 9(routing # and acct.#) Don't know how they got this, but I will be calling the bank first thing Monday morning.  I was also told by this Indian gentleman that they would settle out of the courthouse for $500+ but when they came to "get" me, and take me to court, it would cost me $7000.00 plus!!! Ha ha.  I told this joker come get me now, don't wait until Monday!!! What a rip. I was having a little fun with this.  Told him in America, nobody can take your social security card from you.

same thing happen to me last month i told them to send me the cops I also told them if you put law suit to my SS# then tell me what my last 4 #'s are he could'nt. So i said I will wait for cops.haha
I got another call yesterday listen to my voice mail deleted it just call another call look up coopers name and found this info,  what a scam I tell everyone I know not to give any info out.
