Calls and has information from your credit report and obtains to get you to pay for an unpaid pay day loan.  Has site created to obtain data on you and creates a debt letter with the date you downloaded it. Do not go to their website and do not give them any further information than they already have.  Scare tatics all over the place with these folks.  They also call on random numbers, and will hang up on you if you call them back.   Did some research, reported as scam across the board.  Do your research folks.
